Grades 4A through 6A balance umami depth with smooth mouthfeel, making them ideal for snack foods, smoothie mixes, and ready-to-drink formulations. Grades 7A through 9A bring enhanced color intensity and richer flavor for premium beverage applications. Grade 10A — our top tier — delivers the vivid green shade and refined taste demanded by specialty cafes and high-end food brands.

We work directly with fixed tea garden partners in Zhejiang Province, eliminating the quality swings that come from sourcing from multiple suppliers or spot markets. Raw material specifications — including color values (E460), moisture content (max 6%), and ash content (max 8%) — are locked into supplier contracts. Your formulation team receives the same material characteristics in every shipment.
